Reactive & Maintenance
Our reactive and maintenance division was established when our owner, a previous level 3 Irata operative realised that there is a high demand for inspection/maintenance services throughout Manchester and afield.
Due to the demand from clients, the growth of the division quickly accelerated when Scott devised a team with specialist skills such as surveying, roofing, rainwater goods, cladding and cleaning to name a few.
Fast forward and this division now have 11 separate teams that can individually be tasked to your specific need and carry out the works required with all specialist equipment and access.
Reactive & Maintenance
Using our personalised digital content management system, our Contracts team can communicate with our operatives on a real time basis using their handheld devices.
This system allows all health and safety documents, along with operatives training certificates to be on their handheld devices should our clients request this information at any moment.
It also ensures that our working process is streamlined from the initial call out, to job completion, leading on to an immediate report from site to office concluding in either future recommendations or a sign off.
